Beacon Sound is a record store, label, and event space located in North Portland dedicated to connecting the sometimes-disparate dots of contemporary music both locally and globally. By design, Beacon Sound is as much a cultural node as a record store: a gathering place for like-minded people, a home for all sorts of events and happenings, a facilitator/instigator of unexpected connections and modes of production.
