5 REASONS TO BUY YOUR TBA:21 PASS TODAY!

#1 ALL-ACCESS PASSES AT A LEVEL YOU CAN AFFORD

If you are worried about your budget but want to immerse yourself in TBA, the TBA:21 pay-what-you-can passes are the way to go! Set up in a tiered system starting at $0 —and going up to $200—you can access the Festival at a level that is comfortable to you. All passes are all access and will provide you with streaming links and reservations options that would make any art lover swoon! With limited seating at all of PICA's in-person events, reservations are required. Carpe Diem art lovers! Get your passes today.

 #2 LIMITED CAPACITY

As mentioned above, all in-person performances taking place at PICA have a limited capacity. Especially with COVID-19 still being a factor, we want to ensure that our audiences and artists are safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy the much-missed feeling of attending a live show. With that said, you need a TBA:21 pass to make your (free) reservations to attend. These shows include:

Invitation To Being A Future Being | September 16, 17, 18

AT THE END OF EMPIRE | September 23, 24, 25

apogee  | September 30 and October 1, 2

what I don’t know yet i know (workshop) | October 2

HOT TIP: TWO EVENTS ARE "OFF PASS"

“Off Pass” refers to programming not included in your TBA pass purchase. S/kin by Knowledge of Wounds and There You Are by Holland Andrews are “off pass” and must be purchased separately. Please visit their event pages for more information and links for purchasing.

#3 PAY IT FORWARD

If you are able pay for a TBA:21 pass at the $200 level, you'll not only be getting your own access to the Festival, but you'll also be supporting someone who can't afford to attend. That's right, when you buy a pass at $200 part of your contribution pays for a person who purchased a $0 pass. If you can give at this level, please do.

#4 GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO GET READY!

If you are the type of person that shows up to a venue early, or are apprehensive about using new streaming platforms, this one is for you! Much of the TBA:21 programming can be watched online through our streaming platform Eventive. Getting your pass in advance provides you with early access to Eventive and much-appreciated time to make sure you can stream comfortably from wherever you are. Please note, the content won't be live on the site yet, but you'll be able to log in and make sure your ducks are in a row for September 16th!

#5 BECAUSE SHOWING UP IS IMPORTANT

Whether "showing up" means logging in to an online program, attending an outdoor performance, buying a $20 pass, or making a donation, TBA is all about coming together. There is only one chance each year to be so close—virtually or otherwise—with so many international and local artists, community leaders, curators, and friends, and it's at TBA. This Festival provides a space for connectivity, conversations, contemporary art, and new experiences. When you purchase a TBA pass, you aren't only supporting PICA, you are supporting the artists, co-curators, crew, and staff that make this Festival possible. Show your support today, buy your TBA pass!
