Dear Beloved PICA Community,

On the day dedicated to love, we are feeling extra thankful for you, our community. PICA is a home for uncensored artistic vision. It is the driving force behind everything we do, and we hope this spirit of radical acceptance is felt by everyone who comes through our doors. We are a place for unconventional artists, for rigorous ideas, and for you, because without you, there is no PICA. So, thank you!

At PICA, belonging is created together, forged through shared experiences of art. You will find your people here—at a performance, you may run into someone you haven’t seen in a while and be reminded of why you became friends in the first place. Maybe you’ll meet someone new during an exhibition opening over a beer or kombucha. PICA is where community happens. 

At the end of 2025, we called upon our community to help get our fundraising goals over the finish line. Friends of PICA in Portland and beyond gave with their whole hearts, and we truly felt the love. With your heartwarming support, we surpassed our year-end fundraising totals from the past two years! We are so grateful for your belief and investment in living artists.
