PICA Announces Round 15 of the Precipice Fund with $145,000 in available grants.

PICA is excited to announce Round 15 of the Precipice Fund, including an additional $85,000 investment from The Ford Family Foundation, bringing the Fund’s total grantmaking pool to $145,000. This new funding is dedicated to supporting exhibition projects and unincorporated artist-run spaces, strengthening critical infrastructure for independent artists and experimental visual art across the region. Since 2013, the Precipice Fund has provided critical support for artists in and around Portland, Oregon.

Precipice Fund is administered by PICA as part of the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts’ Regional Regranting Program.

Applications for Round 15 will open online on August 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT, and will close on September 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT. More information will be available at precipicefund.org.
