First Nations Performing Arts
First Nations Performing Arts (FNPA) is an Indigenous-led initiative that increases visibility of Indigenous performing arts workers while decolonizing the performing arts field. FNPA works in partnership with Decolonial Action Coalition’s strategies for change—which include the development of institutional decolonial assessment and public review processes.
Indigenous Place Keeping Artist Fellowship
The Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon (CTGR) established the Indigenous Place Keeping Artist Fellowship (IPKA) in 2022. The Fellowship exists to develop Indigenous artist capacity within the Grand Ronde Tribe’s homelands. Art by Indigenous people is one of the most effective and recognizable ways that we as Indigenous people of place can hold a place in our homelands and further our own recognition and persistence.
Future Generations Collabortive's Barbie's Village
The Future Generations Collaborative is very good at finding solutions to the challenges the Native community experiences. One solution to the houseless crisis in the Native community is Barbie’s Village—a tiny, tiny home village for houseless Native parents with small children.
