Mickey Pollizatto is a queer artist, musician, sound collaborator and dancer. They spent their earlier years in Portland creating music as the drag character Cabiria Jones, in the bands caught in candy and later CJ & The Dolls. From 2004-2013, they have contributed to Portland’s TBA festival, toured Europe, and the United States multiple times and later with Portland artists Carla Rossi, The Pepper Pepper and Jen Hackworth. They also contributed to Portland’s Risk/Reward and Dance+.

In recent years, they have provided sound and stage support for The Pepper Pepper’s productions, including Diva Practice: Duet and Solo. They also contribute as a dancer and music producer for Weighted Bodies, a fat forward dance troupe. Currently Mickey cohosts, produces and edits “What The Q,” a podcast exploring queer culture by inviting queer identified guests to have open discussions about the queer identity. Moving forward they hope to collaborate more with queer, fat and femme artists, specifically in the areas of music, dance, comedy, drag & outreach.
